What we collect and why
- Contact form: name, e-mail and your message, used only to answer you. Legal basis: your consent. Kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
- Donations: name, e-mail, amount and, if you provide them, tax number and address, used to process the gift, issue receipts and — for Spanish taxpayers — report it to the tax authority on form 182 as the law requires. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach the Foundation. Legal basis: performance of the donation and legal obligation. Kept for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
- Analytics: the site uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure visits in aggregate. Cookies are described in the cookie policy.
Who receives your data
Our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe), our e-mail provider and, where the law requires it, the Spanish tax authority. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@fundacioncofiner.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
