On 24 January in the Manuel de Falla hall of the SGAE in Madrid, and on 6 February in the Frederic Mompou hall of the SGAE in Barcelona, María Camahort and Anders Clemens Øien presented Somorrostro, el mar baila por la playa (SGAE).
The album contains the suite Estampas gitanas — an echo of an earlier work dedicated to García Lorca, the Oda sinfónica. Estampa gitana no. 1 (El Día Gráfico, 30 December 1937), in which flamenco meets the classical tradition — the Fantasía en do and two intermezzos, plus María Camahort’s own Homenaje a Cofiner.
